Connecticut Governor's Guard 15 yr Faithful Service Medal, Silver is awarded to members of the Connecticut Governor's Foot Guard units for service. The Governor's Foot Guard performs various duties that include service in state natural disaster operations and response to civil emergencies. They also perform civic service at hundreds of official state, local community and private functions and at various historical and military celebrations throughout Connecticut and the nation.
