The Medal in Honour of the Centenary of Lenin's Birth was a jubilee medal awarded to advanced workers, collective farmers, specialists, scientists and workers of culture for outstanding achievements in labour, and also to servicemen for excellent marks in combat training and political education.

This decoration was established in June 1945.
