Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal

The Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal is awarded for exemplary behavior, efficiency and fidelity while serving as a mamber of the US Army national Guard or Reserve Troop Program Unit. It is usually awarded for a period of four years service with either organization. Subsequent awards are indicated by an oak-leaf cluster worn on the ribbon.
